about the owners
After having spent many years as a tourist of Confluence, Jennifer Ives and her family settled into the area in 2018. Being able to call Confluence her home means being able to enjoy the beauty of mountains, rivers, and lakes through every season.
While kayaking and fishing are her favorite activities, she also enjoys hiking and cycling the gap trail, and boating on the Youghiogheny Lake.
About a year ago, she and her husband purchased a home in Confluence’s ‘West Side’ and began their journey with short term vacation rentals. They quickly recognized the challenges of maintaining a clean and comfortable space for their guests. They developed solutions and are now offering them to other short term vacation rental property owners and their guests.
